Brian S. Starr

Brian was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona.  He attended the University of Arizona where he graduated summa cum laude with two undergraduate degrees, a bachelors of science in finance and a bachelors of science in regional development.  While working on these two degrees, Brian acquired a wide range of real estate knowledge working for a governmental planning & zoning department, a commercial real estate broker, and a real estate developer.  Brian also attended law school at the University of Arizona, earning a place on the Dean's list all three years for academic achievement. 

After law school Brian worked in several areas of real estate law, including construction disputes, mechanic's lien claims, homeowner's association litigation, and other forms of real estate litigation.  In 2009, Brian joined Deloughery Law Office, PLC as a probate/estate planning attorney.  Brian's passion is helping families meet their estate planning goals or helping families though the difficult time following the death of a loved one.  Feel free to contact Brian to discuss your probate or estate planning needs.
