The founding attorney of our firm, Paul Deloughery, was raised in a family where the entrepreneurial spirit was highly valued and ownership of a successful family business was highlighted as a key to success. When Paul was sixteen years old, his father's unexpectedly early death revealed that successful business ownership and wealth preservation involves much more than simply keeping up appearances of a wealthy lifestyle. Paul learned the value of maintaining a business while preserving assets for future generations.
Growing up, Paul helped his mother at their nursing home, experiencing first-hand the importance of caring for elderly loved ones. Too often, he saw families struggle with providing proper care and service to their family members in need. Paul's father died when Paul was 16, and he saw the devastation that poor planning had on his family. More recently, when his own mother needed care, Paul personally dealt with the same issues families with elder loved ones deal with our clients face on a daily basis.
Paul's life experiences fuel his passion and commitment to assisting families in protecting assets and providing for the care of older and younger generations. From drafting wills and setting up trust funds to representing the elderly in financial exploitation matters, he is devoted to serving his clients' interests.
