Personal and Professional Protection for Your Loved Ones and Your Estate

Many lawyers help clients with their estates and the care of their loved ones; however, few attorneys have the personal experience and passion found at Deloughery & Ruotolo, P.C.

Our founding lawyer Paul Deloughery's passion for helping the senior population began as a teenager helping at his family-owned nursing home. Later, during law school, Mr. Deloughery was a co-owner of a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health agency in Southeastern Minnesota. While working with this home health agency, he experienced the struggles families go through as they strive to do what is best for their elderly loved ones. Today, he uses his previous experiences, as well as his years of legal experience, to help families prepare for the future and for the care and well-being of family members when the time comes.

Mr. Deloughery's preference is to keep people at home if it is at all feasible. He helped care for his grandfather during his illness. His grandpa was able to die in his own bed in his own house surrounded by his family, and Mr. Deloughery advocates to help his clients live out their final years with similar dignity.
